Hastings Hotel – 1930

Hotel in Hastings 1930
This photo shows a hotel in “downtown” Hastings in 1930. Hastings was and is the potato capital of Florida. The sign on the left end of the hotel’s veranda states, “Hotel Hastings. Dining room service. Meals that satisfy, prices that please. European-American plans. Steam heat.”
